I’m a queer illustrator based in Portland, Oregon who creates art that balances creepy and cute, mythical and real, enticing and unsettling, as well as cheeky takes on popular culture and geeky content. I like to focus on showing that sometimes things that seem scary, undesirable, or unappealing have value and deserve appreciation and even celebration.
I have a passion for creatures and monsters, and mainly work in watercolor and ink. I trained in Illustration and Visual Development, have been working as a freelance artist for over 20 years, and have been published in two anthologies by Tenebrous Press.
My focuses: Cinematic/narrative illustrations, character design, backgrounds & environments, sequentials/comics, and cover art.
